In a spirited display of unity and wellness, the Cultural Affairs Office (CAO) Performers actively participated in the Zumba session organized by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) on February 19, 2025, at the OVPAA Grounds in front of the CASS Pavilion. The event, aimed at promoting physical fitness and mental well-being, gathered faculty, staff, and students for a high-energy, dance-fueled workout.
Members of the CAO Performers enthusiastically joined the session, showcasing their commitment not only to cultural excellence but also to holistic well-being. The energy of the participants created a lively and positive atmosphere, reflecting the CLSU community's dedication to health and camaraderie.
The Zumba session is part of the university's broader wellness program, which seeks to encourage healthier lifestyles and foster a supportive community environment. Through such initiatives, CLSU continues to promote not only academic and cultural excellence but also the overall well-being of its members.
